I want to change my last name would I have to get my grade 8 diploma changed and my high school diploma changed for my new last name!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

In the US, you can change your last name yourself, any time you want to, as long as there is no attempt at fraud (like skipping out on bills)!. You can formalize the process by going through a court, but that is not required!.

Your old stuff will stay as it was!. You would request that all your future paper work (bank accounts, utility bills, driver's license) use the new name!. Each issuer (bank, DMV) will have its own paperwork to fill out!.
