Minoli is a typical strictly north Italian/South Swiss family name, mainly from Milan and Como and in Verbania/Ossola province, on the Maggiore lake, bordering Switzerland (lets say where G!. Clooney bought a mega villa one or two years ago) !. I found Mileni as a (quite rare ) surname in Romania, Moldavia and Ukraina: may be is Russian too!. Aliona/Alioska should be a Slavonian given name from eastern Europe, so may be they can match well
Menoli I have heard only as wrong transcription of Minoli, in Australia!. Seems the family name Minoli came from Lombard/Longobard Menno, latinized in Minus or Minnus around 1200!.
I have heard Milesi (in Italy), or Milena( Italy, Croatia, Serbia) as female given name!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
