http://rwguide!.rootsweb!.ancestry!.com/!. RootsWeb is also a great site!. It’s funded by Ancestry!.com!. It provides links to ton’s of additional sites as well!.

It's totally free!. You can easily build your own family tree, download pictures, add personal information and facts about everyone in your family!.

I just started my own family tree on geni!.com and it is very user friendly!. I'm still discovering new things each time I get on the site!.

Obviously, you'll have to have some information about your family already to start building your tree!.!.!.!.but once you start, you'll know what information you are missing and can ask family members for help in completing it!.

Tip: Keep a note book that you can write notes, record new info!. and also to make a list of "needed" info!. about your relatives!. Then, when you contact someone about information that is needed, you can have it all there in front of you!.

I'd like to think that some day, someone in my family will be interested in who I was as a person!.!.!.!.what my interests were, where I lived, what kinds of things I did, and maybe even if they take after me!.
