No!. This question comes up over and over!. Your cousin's cousin is no relation to you!. When (if) your aunt and her new husband have children, those children will be first cousin to both you and to the niece, but you and the niece will still be unrelated!.

You could introduce her as "cousin" if you like her and she lives nearby!. That would be a courtesy title!. Our neighbor's children call me "Uncle Ted" even though we are not related!. That too is a courtesy title!.

Second cousins are children of first cousins!. If your mom or dad have first cousins, and those cousins have children, those children are your second cousins!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It could be your sister, or no relation really!. Depends on whether your new uncle's sister is your mother!. Then again, if she was, then your new uncle wouldn't be new and your mom's sister is marrying her brother, so:
