I don't know but many Indonesians have Dutch Ancestry because Indonesia was part of the Dutch East Indies a former Dutch colony it was Dutch colony but only 2% of Filipinos have Spanish ancestry Phillipines was part of the Spanish Empire a former Spanish colony it was a Spanish colony I'm actually part Indonesian myselfWww@QuestionHome@Com

Less than 5% of population in Netherlands has indonesian ancestry (the indos)!. Therefore we can't conclude that almost every dutch has indonesian ancestry!. Nor can we apply it to most indonesian!. Over the colonial times in indonesia, the indos' status is lower than the dutch but higher than the native indonesian!. In the very beginning (Dutch-Indies time), they were descended from the marriage of dutch high officials and the local women, given the absence of their dutch wives in Dutch-Indies!.
Nevertheless, the highest number of indos will be found in Netherlands!. A significant number emigrated to California!.

During the influx of the indos to Netherlands post-Indonesian independence, their presence was not really accepted by Dutch community!. Provided most Dutch have indonesian ancestry (belong to indo group), they would not have treated the indos that way!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it is probably the other way round, many Indonesians have a partial Dutch ancestry, however -
