Question: DOES BROWN HAIR INDICATE SPANlSH ANCESTRY!?!?!?
I was pretty light skinned and have light brown hair!.!.!.also my sister had green eyes as a baby but they changed into a honey color!. I'm mexican!.!.!.but im not sure if im of spanish ancestry because no one ever kept record!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Spanish ancestry in any part of the north or south Americas is VERY common!.

Jewish people came as crypto-Jews in 1500's fleeing Inquisition and some not til much later!. Pure bred Spaniards came to conquer and expand!. Both populations mixed with the Indian natives to some degree!.

I am 1/2 Spanish from my mom, 1/2 Irish from my dad, I have very light skin, dark brown reddish hair, and lots of moles and freckles!. I have dark brown eyes, but my mom, who is of Spanish decent from both her mom's and dad's side, had dark reddish brown hair, light blue eyes and very light skin!.
Lots of Mexican people have Spanish blood in their family genealogy because of the Spanish conquest of the New World, you can look up a history of your family name on any of the genealogy web sites like Family Tree!.com!. Sure!. It's possible that your ancestors were Spanish or your from a Mexican lineage and someone Spanish married into the family!. I'm Filipino and my mom's sister looks Spanish too--- brown hair, fair skin, tall and voluptuous!. My grandfather's grandpa was of Spanish descent!.
