I searched for Ukraine telephone directories and came up with this at www!.infobel!.com (most are yellow pages/business listings, however):

in English, Russian, Ukrainian

Other listings for Ukraine phone directories have only business listings!. I typed in "residential directory" and came up with the same answer!. =(Www@QuestionHome@Com
