Question: Im trying to find someone!?

Ive been looking at some of my geneology and im looking for some old family members i havent seen in a while!. Im not getting very far!. ive looked everywhere i can think of!. does anybody have any suggestions!? There is one person in particular i would like to find but all i know is her name and birthday!.
