You're out of luck all the way around!. She has her Census entry as proof of age because Arkansas didn't routinely register births in that era!. The Census record is recognized as proof of age and is issued in lieu of a birth certificate!. You also can't make corrections to Census records because they are literally frozen as they were written!. I'm afraid there's nothing more you can do, unless she belonged to a church that baptized infants!. Then you can get a baptismal record on her and use that as proof of age and parentage!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Census records are historical documents, and not open to be altered!. Years ago, you COULD go back and get a delayed birth certificate, for the many persons born around the turn of the century, who did not have one issued!. It was required to have things such as an affidavit from a person who was present at the time of birth!. I don't believe you can do that now!.
I would suggest that you look up her death record in the ssdi (assuming she died after 1960ish), and if she has a social security number, you can (for $27) send for that file!. It will include her application and other supporting records!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go to your local court house you should be able to get one there regardless of where she was born as long as it was in the same state!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
