If that's your guy, you can order a copy of his death certificate, which should give you his parents' names!. The census image gives the following information they rented their home and it says the value of it is 15 !? whether thats the amount of rent per month I don't know, I'm a UK researcher and the census returns are different to ours over here!. They married at age 23 so that would be 1929 and the males in the household worked as concrete work
contractors and Cherry was a laundress (resident) !.
Edit:
The 1910 census return states that Wess and Hattie married at age 17, and that they were both born in Texas as were both of their parents!. Wess was listed as a farmer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
