Origin of my surname?

Question: Origin of my surname!?

to anyone who has a membership in ancestry!.com could you please find me the origin of "Mamelli" and "Mamilli"!?

We're not sure of the spelling because one of my great grandparent immigrated from either Italy or Turkey to Syria, where the official language is Arabic and therefore the name had to be re-written in Arabic characters!.!.

I did a search for the names on ancestry!.com but there is nothing in relation to them at all, sorry !. I also searched on this site , but there is nothing on there either!.

It's Italian!.!.!.spelled out, it seems Turkish but all the results I found proved it to be Italian!.
