Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: burial information will be on his death certificate, and you should be able to find the date from the social security death index!. Or!.!. call the county offices in Phoenix, and ask to speak with whatever department handles indigent burials!. They would have records!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Do you know what church your father attended!? Ask your relatives for some clues!. If you know the church, go to the graveyard, or call the groundskeeper for the graveyard, (you can usually get the number from the minister or secretary) they usually have a plot book that lists all the people buried there!. also, I'm not sure if this will help you at all, but there's http://www!.findagrave!.com It's an interesting site, but may not help you in this case!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Do a search for all the cemetaries in the Pheonix area and call each one of their offices!. Ask them if a particular person is resting there!. They should have that and the site info on their records!. If they want to be difficult you'll have to buy a copy of his death certificate and look on it for "Disposal of remains", then go to that cemetery and ask if they know where he is!. Since cemeteries make a little money on markers, they should be eager to help!. I found my great-great-grandpa's grave that way!. I knew the cemetary but I didn't know where he was & the cemetary is HUGE!.
