The US social security death index and ancestry!.com both have zilch on it!. familysearch!.org (lds church site) has entries on it, from both Poland and Germany!. The likelihood is that your friend has an ancestor that came from one of those two places!.!. but the obvious thing is that he/she would have to work back on the ancestry to be sure which is which!. Of course!.!. it can get tricky, since Poland was under German jurisdiction for many years!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
