Your father had a sister, Dorothy!. She married Daniel and they had a child, David!. David is your blood cousin!.

Daniel is your Uncle, and, if you want to distance yourself because he chews with his mouth open, "Uncle by marriage"!.

If you mean Daniel had a sister, Darlene, and she married Douglas, there is no relation between you and Douglas!.
