This is what I found for you,
Bethany
English: of New Testament origin!. In the New Testament it is a placename, that of the village just outside Jerusalem where Jesus stayed during Holy Week, before going on to Jerusalem and crucifixion (Matthew 21: 17; Mark 11: 1; Luke 19: 29; John 12: 1)!. Its Hebrew name may mean “house of figs” (beth te'ena or beth te'enimf)!. The given name is favoured mainly by Roman Catholics, being bestowed in honour of Mary of Bethany, sister of Martha and Lazarus!. She is sometimes identified with Mary Magdalene (see Madeleine), although the grounds for this identification are very poor!.

Ann
English: variant spelling of Anne, Ann was the more common of the two spellings in the 19th century, but is now losing ground to the form with final -e!.

Liberto Name Meaning and History
Italian: from the personal name Liberto, either from Latin libertus ‘freed’ or from a reduced form of the Germanic personal name Aliberto!.

Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In ancient Rome a liberto was a slave legally liberated; a liberto was then a Roman citizen, not on the top of social classes but free to improve and becoming, for instance, a trader, but not a politician!.
The origin is so slightly different (or anyway "more specific") than "Libero", even if that means "free" (not free of cos t:), free like in freedom)Www@QuestionHome@Com
