That is a rare treat to have a family member that old. Imagine the life she had! Do yourself a BIG favor NOW while you can.............talk to her. Ask her EVERYTHING about her life, her parents and grandparents, any other ancestors she remembers or knows about, who married whom, where the lived, where they came from, what they did in life, etc. Get EVERYTHING you can, document all of it.........take written notes as well as record your conversations with her so you can listen to them when she is no longer here. You will NOT regret this later, but if you don't you might regret that you didn't do it when you had the chance.

My grandparents would all be over 110 if they were still around.

Please listen to Adair... I had my grandmother until the age of 95 and I have had so many moments in the 15 years that she has passed that I wished that I had asked her more about our family. My other grandma passed away last September. No matter how old they get, your never ready to say goodbye. Your grandma is a living, breathing encyclopedia (assuming that she is healthy) and she is chock full of information that you CANNOT find in books.

Congratulations! Mine would be more than 150 years old if they had lived...

You are so fortunate, all of my grandparents died in their late 70's to mid 80's. Do record all info you can get from her. She most likely will be thankful or at least enjoy that her grandchild is taking so much interest in her life and times and wants to preserve as much family history as possible. Cherish your time with her.
