Question:I have two. One is of my Grandfather holding a shire horse in about 1898. The other is older and is a picture of my great grandmother & great grandfather and three of their children, back in the 1880's

one of my great grandma in 1945. we also have one of an uncle ernie that looks older but we dont know the date?

An 1895 photograph of our local football team, the brother of my wife's grandfather is in it !

my great grandpa was an American at war when he met my great grandma and he bought her a ticket to the US to live w/ him <3 awww

I have several of the Generals that served in the Civil War. Everyone wanted a picture of their favorite General, especially General Grant, so they were very plentiful.

Lots of them from the late 1800's and 1900s. Mostly family pics

The oldest photograph I own is one of my gr gr gr grandparents. It is an old tintype and would have had to have been taken before September 1876 when my gr gr gr grandmother died. People looked so serious back then.

My family has a daguerreotype who I think is my 4th great grandpa who died in 1843. If not, it is my 3rd great grandpa who died in 1855.

The picture therefore, has to be at least 153 years old.

One of my great great great grandpa I think its like 90 or 100 years old. We also have a journal from him and htas 111 years old!

3rd Great-grandmother. Taken circa 1860's. The photographic reproductions are quite nice, and the tin-type original has held up amazingly well.

I have a picture of my grandfather and great greatfather standing together in their garden, circa 1945. Looking at the picture, I can tell my greatfather was a typical victorian style gentleman.

I have one of my Grandmother who died in 1920, not very old really but oh so precious.
