Question:I'm almost 20 years old so im not a minor, and i'm also not getting married. I just want to change my last name to it's original spelling. (It was changed when my great-great grandparents came to the United States)

Contact the court of the county you live in. Here in Florida, that is what needs to be done, and then you get a "Petition of Name Change" form from the court, fill it out, turn it in, and they will tell you what to do from there. I imagine the process is probably similar in CA.
