for an interview, with this.. my advice is she would love honesty, and saying "Please tell me how to pronounce your name" with a friendly smile. I've never known honesty to be a let down, and it shows that you are willing to get information, when you don't have it. If asked in a comfortable but curious way.. it can be an icebreaker comment.
The odds are huge that she will admit that people ask her all the time, and maybe she'll say "it comes from <fill in the blank>"
