The above article is very interesting.. but the main point of it, is major to the genealogy end.. that most of the "history" of Kvenland is highly disputed, and in unproven sagas.
No disrespect meant to your aunt- genealogies like this, which are questionable, are a big issue in genealogy. It is extremely unreliable to claim you have traced lineage to someone that there is no proof of even having existed.
I suspect your aunt will be offended by my comment. I can't help that. Her sources are completely questionable.
