Where can I get a collection of Coats of Arms of English counties?

Question:I'm searching for a collection of hi-res coats of arms of English, Welsh and Scottish counties, and possibly cities and towns. I'm also interested in national coats of arms. I'm not really expecting to find such a resource free of charge.

Heraldry is the name of what your looking for do a google on it and you'll find hundreds...

Heraldic law in England forbade the granting of arms to counties, only to the corporate bodies that govern them,
so there were no grants before 1889 when the first county councils were established.
You could try Googling each of the county councils to see what comes up !
