Kudos to Bayard Lady for her input. Here's some further discussion about the parents, etc. and the 'story' behind them.
In checking a few of these sources.. the brother is mentioned, and I do see him in the 1900 census. No one has mentioned what happened to him, or even when he actually died. (at least what I saw). If you track down Ty's obituary, it may indicate if his brother survived him.
Not impossible that the brother IS in that cemetery, if you are using a transcribed record from tombstones. I know that many graves exist, and the cemetery might have a record.. but when someone 'walks' a cemetery, they only can go by what stones they see. Just a thought.. not definitive answer.
Another option.. www.rootsweb.com has email lists for family names, and those are archived. You may pick up more details that way.
ok- more...

Good Luck on finding out where is brother,John is buried. Little bit about his family his mother pumped his father full of lead when he thought she was fooling around on him so he was sneaking by the bedroom window to catch her in the act. She thought he was an intruder and let him have it.

No further information as to where John Paul is buried. (Sorry.)
And, to add...this is NOT my research. Good book, however.

Author cites no documentation for the above information.
He does, however, list a Bibliography..but does not show the precise documentation.

Addendum: Stephen is correct (per my husband). William Herschal knew his wife was 'fooling around', and would often sneak by the house to check on her. Window peeking resulted in her shooting him with a shotgun. Wonder if she was ever tried...and the outcome (if any) of a trial.

If he is in Sarasota FL, the good news is that they've been doing cemetary readings for a long time and have quite an archives going. But for some reason their links on the GenWeb page are down. But if you go to the bottom of the page, there is a place for you to email their moderator and ask her to search them for you.
