yes

The 192 site will route you to a birth record for this person. I do not think it will trace her if she has married
192 lists:
# Electoral Roll 2002 - 2008 Would be in married name
# Directory Enquiries ---N.B.not ex-directory/unlisted!)
# Births, Marriages, Deaths -- certificate references
# Census Records - atest available 1901!!!!
# UK-Info CD Rom - same as Directory Enquiries

To get more info it would require you buying a birth certificate.
Best bet is to use freindsreunited.com or something similar first!

if you can give me the information (emailed to me through my profile or posted here) I can see what i can find.

Yes you would be able to trace her with this information up until she married, if she did that is.Then you would need to find her married name to trace her any further, unless like me you would be prepared to look through the indice until you find the information. I would be happy to help if the other lady is unable to find the information for you.

192.com shows births and marriages after 1984 on index which first comes up. It could depend on how old this lady is as to how you would go about tracing her.

That's a strange question, it makes you sound like some kind of stalker!

Have you tried Friends Reunited?
