uhhh. actually, no.. you are NOT supposed to be doing that.
The whole purpose is for someone (you) to ASK a question, and give other persons the opportunity to respond with something. If YOU are 'giving' the answer to your own question, that winds up being a statement. If someone wants to get picky, that would be a violation.
