Grace Devenport

HUGO, Okla. — Grace Devenport, 72, of Hugo, Okla., died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Monday, March 3, at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home. Interment follows in Mount Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.

Best I can offer is a list of the funeral homes there in Hugo. I tried the local newspaper, and you have to pay to access it.
Personally, I have always found mortuaries to be of the best help.. if you explain you are out of town, and need the info, they will try to help locate it for you, I think.

I could only find the obit for (possibly her husband?) Harold in 2002 (see link below). Chances are the your Aunt's funeral would be at the same place.

If her maiden name was Heyman, she may be the Grace Ray Davenport mentioned as a surviving sister in the obituary of Roscoe Merle Heyman, who died January 4, 2006, in Menard, Texas. She was described as "of Fredericksburg." Roscoe Heyman's funeral arrangments were handled by the Heritage Funeral Home of Menard -- (325) 396-4595.

The Social Security Death Index lists no Grace Davenport after that date, but Intelius lists 118 women of that name (though no Grace R. or Grace H.) supposedly in Oklahoma.
