If your friend doesn't want to reveal her ethnicity, the alliterative combination of Serena Summers sounds like a good choice. I was going to suggest Smith since it includes so many ethnic groups, but then I read that she doesn't want a generic last name. Aero i think would be a good name. This actually sounds like it should be in another forum. something french sounding do a surname search you should be able to find meaning of last names like Millers originally owned mills Taylor' s were derived from tailor....
