Have you tried the Family History Society for Lincolnshire>
Even if one of the Members isn't researching the name directly, it could form part of their Family Tree.
There are 40 Riggalls on the Electoral Roll for Lincolnshire, and 24 Barnatts, but only 3 Robert Riggalls in the whole UK (I was thinking possibly that it could be a family first name handed down the generations)
I guess you've probably already tried googling "Riggall Family - Lincolnshire"?
You didn't mention an historical time scale - last Century?
