Hope this helps, I wish you luck in your search. Don't we all hate it when a company charges a fee for providing a perfectly good service? Anyway, there was no official adoption in England until about 1926, and I very much doubt that anyones adoption records are going to be publicly available online. Maybe if you gave a bit more detail - like what year- what information you already have etc someone may be able to help you.
