Ebay...! I recently sold mine on there. If you're in Britain check out freecycle. Recently I saw an ad in the Guardian for USB record players, so you can hook them up to your computer and turn records into mp3's.

vinyl is still a big market you shouldn't have any worries getting hold of them - just avoid the high street unless you want to pay top price.
