Hello.
I would start by entering the persons name into a search engine like Yahoo or Google. You may also want to add their date of birth.
If you know an approximate area of where they live or used to live, you could look in the areas on-line phone book or contact the areas local library.

this is the best one I have found so far.....I used it for a phone # lookup...I got a map that u can SEE the roof top of the house!
Its free up to a certain point.
