Names do not belong to races. It is not a "black" or "white" name.

You are incorrect.. no name is more one ethnic background than another. I have a number of family members with the name, who are not African American.
I've never seen an atom bomb, but that does not mean it isn't out there. You can't take your experience, and use it as a valid factual statement.

My husband is a Brooks. It is German and original spelling was Brux. My husbands grandfather came here from Germany with his father in 1911.
