What country is Arthur K from?

Question:Arthur K pulled his question, but he was wondering what ancestry his face shows. I think he is definately Eastern Block origins based on his facial structure. Other ideas?

thanks for helping Amy R, but no one can say exactly, guess I will just have to keep searching.

I've just answered his question so hes not pulled it (or hes just reposted it). Anyways its really hard to tell where he's from - I would say western European most likely. There are some dark-haired eastern European persons but for the most part I have seen blonde or light brown hair.
