You would do this, when I don't have my speakers working.
(where have you been hiding? )

lol. thats funny.

The first amendment does protect creeps from being sued however if the contents of his song are slanderous you may have a case.

ROFL! :D Now I want to play the SIMS. :D

That's a keeper!

Go back far enough, you'll run into pretty much the same thing. For example: GGGGG grandparents had four children, one son, three daughters. I descend from the son, one of his sisters and the other sister is the stepmother of the daughter who m. back into my lines (connected with the above lines). Thank heavens the fourth sister is accounted for! I spent many days with aspirin over this one.

I've heard this song by Ray Stevens before and I don't know how you figure he is relating your family tree. He never mentions any names in the entire song.
Ray Stevens has been recording for over 50 years, recording his first song "Silver Bracelet" in his high school's lunch room/assembly hall in 1956. Five years later, he did a spoof on miracle medications called "Jeremiah Peabody's Poly-Unsaturated ,Quick Dissolving, Fast-Acting, Pleasant Tasting, Green and Purple Pills" that went to number 35 on the pop charts.
He once sang with the Jordanaires, the group that backed up Elvis Presley for several years, and got to play trumpet (an instrument he said he barely knew how to hold) on one of their sessions. But, he managed it because he had studied music theory in college at Georgia State University (and most music majors know you have to study instruments you are unfamiliar with and learn to play them).
Ray has spoofed everything from Tarzan movies ("Gitarzan"--a jungle swinger who plays the guitar) to current crazes. Some other well-known hits were "The Haircut Song" (everybody has gotten a bad one), "Ballad of the Blue Cyclone" (is pro-wrestling 'real'??), "The Pirate Song" (a gay pirate), "Bridget the Midget" (a blues singer who's a Little Person with a big voice), "Harry the Hairy Ape" (a gorilla escaping from the zoo), and "Santa Claus Is Watching You" (were you naughty or nice??) among others.
However, he can be serious , too. He was the first to record Kris Kristofferson's song "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down", "Everything Is Beautiful," "Mr Businessman", and one of my favorite gospel songs, "Turn Your Radio On."
So, should you sue?? Definitely not--this is just Ray's spoof of the genealogy craze. He probably had no particular family in mind. Don't worry about it.

Zina! Baby we've missed you. I see you and Grandpa have been busy confusing your son again, eh?!

Ray Stevens has written many a song that has most like applied to many

he doesn't need to ask your permission.... first amendment freedom of speech. besides... the only thing you would hope to gain is $$$$$..... are you that greedy?!
