Don't have any info about the Church but this Website has Ohio death certificates from 1908-1958 I did a quick search and found about 8-10 Woolmakers in East Liverpool, Ohio

I think you'll need to contact the church directly. There are no books or archival materials listed in worldcat.org, the "Mormons" library, the Library of Congress, or the Ohio Historical Society.

It is likely there's a larger state or regional church body over them that has compiled records. I don't know the church structure, however.
