here... you have to be over 16 to do it without consent... but you would need to be accompanied by a parent ^_^

don't change it ava jeez!

cant you just get married or something? lmao

18

Depending upon where you live it is most likely 18 or 21. The best place to begin is at your county courthouse. Here on-line you can go to http://www.uslegalforms.com and click on your state. There they will have all the forms you need and the price you'll have to pay just for the correct forms. You will then have to file those forms and that will add to the cost. That's where the courthouse comes in because that's where you'll have to file them and pay the fees for doing so. Good luck!

PS: I'm not sure about this but legally changing your name may have some consequences you may regret later on. Find out all you can before taking this huge step. Your parents will not want you to do this but with parental consent, you won't have to wait until you're of age.

That would depend on the legal age in the state you live, 18 or 21 and you would apply to change it most likely at the county court house.

of legal age which would be 18,you have to go through the courts, family court

aahhh, just wait till you get married, or hyphenate your last name using your mothers maiden name.
