Website to find someone's birthdate?

Question:I have the birth name, birth place and social security number. Just don't know the birth date. How do I find it? Can you recommend a FREE website that will do it? It was in Kansas, if that helps. You could send the link to Missouri record findings if you like, also. I can't seem to find anything that isn't a PDF. I'm NOT in Kansas, otherwise it'd be a little easier.
