By the name of Elmer Boonstra he emigrated to Fulton, IL, USA in December 1929.
By the name of Raymond Hasselman he was an inhabitant of Sacramento, CA in 1942 and 1943.
He was registered (or known) under that same name in Carson City, NV in 1964 and in 1983.
He died in Marysville, CA on 24 January 1991. He is buried there, too.
We know that he was married for some time, but divorced after.
