Help finding David Davidson and Margaret Harwood Johnson marriage (Sunderland, E

Question:Margaret from Burnopfield, Durham, England not sure about David. Margarets parents were Walter Johson and Catherine Dixon - I think. Also if you come a cross David's parents this would be a great help - Thanks.

Hi, not been able to find their marriage yet but found a Margaret Davison and David Davison on 1881 census.
They are shown to be living in Gateshead, and Burnopfield is shown as her place of birth. If these are the right ones there are 2 extra children to add to your list.
This David has his place of Birth as Sheriff Hill ,Durham.
His occupation is a glass maker flint.
Sorry these are the only couple with this name i can find.

I don't know if you have realised , but if they had Robert in 1885, and they were both born in 1874 that makes them parents at 11 years old. I have been searching the index to try and find their marriage date but I hadn't found them, maybe I will now.
I think this may be David and Mary (Margaret), it was quite normal in those days for the enumerator to spell the names wrong, it could be that the person giving the details had an accent and the enumerator guessed at the name, who knows, but all the other details fit, I found this information working on Roberts information.
