Yes, there are persons in Pennsylvania with that last name.
No, they probably are not here in yahoo answers. For all we know, they may not even have a computer.
IF you want to find a living person... www.peoplefinder.com and www.zabasearch.com are both very good for that. It is against yahoo rules to post personal info about a living person here, so I can't tell you their address or phone number, etc.
If you are looking for ancestry, there are 13 persons with the name in the social security death index, almost all of them are connected to Pa. This would give you dates and places, that you could use to find obituaries, and maybe lead to other genealogy records.
If you just want to find someone with the same last name as you, that is a whole different goal. I don't know them.. they are out there.
