Shukriya!

I found this information for two of the names but there is nothing in relation to the other name, sorry.
Bhardwaj
Indian (northern states): Hindu (Brahman) name, from Sanskrit bharadvaja ‘descendant of bharadvaja’, bharadvaja meaning ‘one who has strength or vigor’ (a compound of bharat ‘bearing’ + vaja ‘vigor’). According to legend, Bharadvaja (bharadvaja) was the name of one of the great sages.

Sharaf
Muslim: from a personal name based on Arabic sharaf ‘honor’, ‘nobility’, ‘dignity’. It is used in combination with other words in names such as Sharaf-ud-Din ‘honor of religion’ and Sharaf-ud-Dawlah ‘honor of the state’, the latter being the name of a Buwayhid sultan (ruled 983–989).
Indian: variant of Shroff.
Dictionary of American Family Names,

They all have an H in them !

Bhardwaj and Shahi sound like they are from the Indian subcontinent. The name Sharaf sounds Arabic/Islamic.

Type each word in turn into your search engine and the links it brings up gives you this idea also.

Hope this helps.

Shahi was the name of a Hindu dynasty from about the 7th Century BC.

It is also a surname in modern India
