Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I myself am Scottish, English and Irish, i like the idea of the Scots.

yeah im in the same situation as you, execpt im half scottish and half english. my main influenences are my dad and older half brother who are both scottish, all my life they have been idols. and as for pride what country has more pride than scotland! a country with several national anthems, one of which called scotland the brave, another details the famous win over england. how can you not feel proud to know that scottish blood runs through your veins. Scotland have acheived so much, i for one am proud to know that i belong to the great nation that is scotland.

well thats my opinion anyway

Well, im black from the waist to the knees, so probably that ;)

I love my culture besides the whole drinking thing!

GREECE. By far, best culture, best history, best people

I am a MUTT American, however, I am a quarter German, so I guess that would be it. German. Mostly, I am proud to be American, I suppose. I'm just happy to be alive. It's so beautiful where I live and the neighbors are so nice.

German, other than that, I'm only Canadian, so I'll go with German.

German, Polish, and Scandinavian. And Lithuanian, but I tend to forget that one. Well, I like to wonder how I ever ended up German AND Polish...but I'm most proud of the Scandinavian. Mainly because of their mythology and the fact that they were Vikings.

I am Polish, Italian, English, Irish, and German.

I'm VERY proud of being Italian. The culture of Italians is so beautiful.

I go for the American part myself.

Seriously, I owe a lot to a lot of different cultures. Together they make me an American which is the sum of all the parts.

Italian! i love our food, spirit and the love of friends and family!

My famileys lazy..we dont know the diff ethnicity's we came from..lol...

Welsh - my dad's side came to the US in the early 1900's. They were coal miners who headed for Appalachia and now that's part of my family history too.

I.m Cuban. And I just love all about it. As well as our spanish and african roots that have influenced so strongly in our arts. I'm a musician and I really appreciate a nice blend of rhythms, melodies and interesting influences.

all parts because I am an american fist just as all americans should be, I will never fly another countrys flag no mater where my6 grandparents came from. if you cant do this the go back to the country of the flag your flying.we have too many sellouts now

Seeing I come from Lithuanian, Bohemian, Germanic, French and purportedly some Native American, which I'm skeptical of as it was a long time ago and conjecture from people who have passed on, and whatever came their way while going across the continent. I'm not sure what else I have in me, so I don't know which ethnicity I am. 50% of me is Bohemian or Czech and that kind of does it for me, but the Lithuanian name is my last name and it means "bold defender"; which is neat to have a last name with meaning.

My mother's from Albania and my father's from Italy. Actually I live in Albania but I love both countries.

I was born in Argentina from a Spaniard, Portuguese & British mom n a Sicilian father...I would say...My latin side.

I didn't choose my ethnicity, so why should I be proud of it?

No one should be ashamed of their ancestry or national ethnicity, but being "proud" of it is the first step toward fascism.

I'm proud of them all equally.

MEXICANA!!!!
Im proud of our traditions and our food!
mmmmmm posole, mole de pollo, enchiladas
shoot got me hungry

I was born in Yorkshire, My mother is from County Durham and my father from South Wales, and that line runs back into Cornwall, and I am proud of all of it

I agree with James. Separating ourselves based on ethnicity is a precursor to fascism. We need not separate more than we've already have. Nationalistic pride is the stuff wars are made of.

I am just ecstatic to be human. My color or ethnic culture are merely subcultures of a larger HUMAN culture. It's important that we realize that differences amongst people are minimal. I'm just happy that I have thumbs and I'm capable of critical thought. I don't give a **** where may ancestors came from, and I swear allegiance to no nation. My allegiance lies with humanity as a whole.

I have many different cultures in my family: African/ Mayan Indian/ & Portuguese

I am very proud of my African heritage which gave me my beautiful color and soca-punta music which I LOVE to dance to!

The part of my ethnicity that replicated itself: ie, my sons.

Their ethnicity, like mine, is highly mixed, but still is successful at furthering the human race. I'm grateful that their ancestors worked hard enough to survive, even though they had a multitude of backgrounds and incredible hardships.

(Other than that, as an amateur genealogist, I'm fond of the Dutch and Scots in my family line, because they could read and write and left written historical records going back to the 1500's.)

....What dae ye think, laddie?

I really don't know if I can be proud of any part of my heritage.

I have 3 Jewish grandparents but my mother's mother is Slavic Russian, thus by Jewish Law, I'm not a Jew. So no pride in being Jewish then. OK, I guess I can be proud to be Russian. It's just a shame that to most Russians, I'm not a Russian but a Jew, no matter what language I speak or what culture I follow.

It's all so damn onfusing.

French :)

I'm completely English and proud of it! My mum recently did our family tree and she went back about a hundred years and she didn't find any nationality other than English! My husband is half Greek, half English so that'll change when we have children!

Oops, I'm sorry. I thought it said Gynecology.
