I don't know if he spelled it like that, but he pronounced his name "Mik-Ah-Lean". I was in USMC Special Forces in the 'Nam in '69, and I ran into an expatriate French Spy who was living with the Hmong Mountain People, he was called Michelline, (I heard his family were "travelers").
