Just doing a google with toth and Jewish , for the search it seems Hungarian, but branches off, to both faiths of what you mentioned. One search came up a pdf , file on this computer I don't have adobe to open it.

When I did a search for "toth anscestry" some stuff came up about how the church in hungary/yoguslavia held records for the toth family.
