Thomas = Tomasz

No, it isn't. "D?ejms" is only a way of writing the way of pronouncing the name with polish letters but it's incorrect - such name doesn't exist. "Jakub" [yacoob] is polish equivalent. "Thomas" is "Tomasz" ("sz" sounds like "sh" in English, the rest is the same as in English). Names mean the same in both languages - check it e.g. on Wikipedia ;P
