Question:has NO utilities in his name, and no valid drivers license? I am wanting to find him because I am pregnant with his child, I know that he moved back with his mom somewhere in Warren county New Jersey and I got his old address based upon past records from the municiple court in Warren county New Jersey, and I looked up the owners of those property's, from past tax records and his mother no longer resides there, I do not know his mothers name, but I know he lives with her, how could I get say a copy of his birth certificate or something to find out what his mother's name is, or are there any other ways you could think of that I could find him?
