It is not unusual for dark skinned people to have light skinned babies. Pale people have little melanin in their skin, which protects from the sun. Darker skinned people generally come from the tropics and sub tropics. Lighter skinned ones come from very far north, where the sun is weaker, or in the mountains, and need less melanin for protection of the skin.
When a darker skinned baby is born, it is light because the skin has not been exposed to the sun, so has not developed the melanin yet. As time goes on and they are in the sun, the tan becomes more permanent.

I would guess that your ancestors have a lot of European blood in them, though it is unlikely that they are full blooded. The moles are an effect of the gene pool dilution, causing the remaining melanin to cluster together to form moles. The full blooded Spaniards only married into their own kind, but kept mistresses in the household or nearby, usually in the town or on the farm near the town where the land was held. The society was very strictly segregated, and a man or woman who associated with a dark skinned one was ostracized. They kept very careful records in their heads about who was descended from whom, so their status was always known. A pecking order was strictly observed, so one from a lower status would not take his place at the wrong end of the line and insult the more regal or higher status ones. However, there were many children by mistresses, and the legitimate wife would look the other way, as long as she was not confronted with the facts. The father would frequently provide at least a basic education for their children, and sometimes brought them into their households as trusted employees. It was an honor to be so trusted. This social striation was upheld at lest until the '80's, and because of the inherent unfairness, eventually gave rise to communism.

ALL of your ancestors are from Spain
