Slater Funeral Home is one of their locations. Site gives a lot of information, and even "recent" obituaries. But there is contact information in the site.

I think many funeral homes work with Legacy.com to post online guest books, but there MIGHT be other avenues that are used.
I have an (old) listing of 203 272-0638 for Slater. This comes from a 1991 mortician's directory, so it is possible the phone is not current.
I am just guessing that you are concerned with a current or recent death. If this is the situation, I think the most direct and reliable way would be to call Slater.
