Don't know if the George was part of Sir Thomas Dale's "recolonization" efforts for Jamestown (brought about 300 people), but given the date, it is likely. Jamestown at this time was a disaster. Almost the entire colony was wiped out 1609-1610 and was almost abandoned entirely.

This recolonization effort, though centered at Jamestown, saw many of it's people head west towards what is now James City and York Counties, as well as south to Charles City. There was also a big move across the James River to Isle of Wight County.

I am not aware of a manifest of passengers associated with the George (this ship made numerous voyages from England to the Colonies and back...including Barbados) for this voyage.

A Clement family (that has a pretty impressive historical genealogical work) has in fact declared that the George arrived June 10, 1611. But I've never found any other reference that gives such a precise date, nor a passenger list indication. This may have come from the "census" of Virginians in 1624/25 where they were asked when they came over and on what ship. Is this accurate? Who knows, depends on the memory of the respondant. There were other rolls taken and one could possibly assume that individuals showing up in the say 1612 roll that weren't there in the 1610 rolls in fact came in 1611. Of course there may be such records that I just haven't come across.

But any "history of Jamestown" site (some good ones were given in previous answers) will let you know what was going on in Jamestown at that time (wasn't pretty to say the least). But other than references to "Sir Thomas Dale's" recolonization efforts, I don't think there is solid information about his fleet.
