Go to the source, the National Archives
the WW2 Enlistment records are in their databases there, and are a bit easier to understand.

I have no clue what those numbers mean but you might find the answer in the national archives. Its a tricky website but you just have to muddle thru it.

Check the record on high magnification. The height may say 68 inches. The weight may not be in American pound weight. It could be in another type of weight.

Sometimes records fade and become harder to read, so what you think it says may not be what it says.
