Question:Her married name was Ilo Coonce. She had 4 children, three of them are still alive. Her daughter Wilma Jean Studard (Ramey), died on Oct. 31, 1999. She died in Noblesville IN. I'm not sure where she was born. Can you help me? She was born between 1900 and 1915.

There is an Ilo Coonce born August 12, 1908 who died in May of 1983 in Noblesville, Hamilton, Indiana.

Her social security number is 315-03-0963. If you think this is YOUR Ilo Coonce and are really interested, you can write to the Social Security Administration and request her a copy of her SS-5 (Social Security Application).
